How to place an order?
You can order directly from this website. Currently our delivery is limited to Singapore only. If you wish to make any order from outside of Singapore, please contact us at hello@euoychun.com and we will try to arrange delivery to your country.
What are the Payment Methods?
For Singapore buyers, please pay directly using PayNow UEN: 201543968W (Shoushan Investments Private Limited) or to our OCBC bank account: 695278689001.
Please input your Order ID as the payment reference.
Do I have to pay for taxes?
We do not charge taxes and only receive your payment for your purchase on our website.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at hello@euoychun.com. Your order cannot be updated or changed once it has been processed and left our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Our Return Policy is only applicable to defective or damaged products.
We do not accept any return or replacement for items that have been used or tampered with.
We do not accept returns for products obtained from a source other than our website.
We are not responsible for personal loss to an item. If the package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
Any return is allowed only once per order. We reserve the right to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order and/or product.
How do I initiate a return?
Please submit a request to return within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Please email us at hello@euoychun.com and follow these steps:
1. Provide the following information in your email to us:
(a) Full name and Order number.
(b) Reason(s) for return.
(c) Name of product(s) to be returned and its respective quantity.
(d) Photographs (e.g. the defective part or whole package to show any missing content).
2. You should only send the item back to us after our team has provided you with a return authorization and mailing details.
Please note that the customer bears the shipping cost for returning the item to euoychun.com. Customer shall ensure that the product is undamaged during the process of return by using bubble wrapping wherever possible and choosing registered mail or courier. If the product is lost or damaged during the return delivery to our warehouse, we will not replace or refund your order.
3. Any refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our team and confirmed that it fits within our Return Policy. Upon approval, our refund process takes at least 5 business days. Refund can only be made payable via chosen payment method during sales (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Do you ship to my country?
For delivery within Singapore, orders are fulfilled within 3-5 working days.
For overseas shipping, please contact us at hello@euoychun.com for shipping rates.
How much are the shipping fees?
Singapore: SGD5.00 (Flat fee).
Other Countries: Contact us at hello@euoychun.com for shipping rates.
Do you deliver to my address or do I have to self collect?
We deliver to your stated destination, however in some countries you might have to collect your order at your nearest post office.
Can I amend my delivery address?
Please contact us immediately at hello@euoychun.com. If your order has not left our warehouse, we will allow a one-time change to your delivery destination subject to any additional shipping fees. Your delivery address cannot be updated or changed once the order has left our warehouse facility. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before making payment.
What if I received the wrong order or damaged goods?
Please examine your order upon collection. If there are any mistakes, defects or damages to your items, please notify us according to our Return Policy under this FAQ.
