To participate in the auction, you must:
To place bids, Bidders must complete the registration process and provide accurate contact and payment information. Registration is free, but the Organizer reserves the right to verify information and reject any registration for any reason at its sole discretion.
Auction Listing: Auction items/artworks will be listed for a specified time, during which Bidders may place bids.
Bidding: Bids are binding offers to purchase the item.
Bid Increments: Bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid increment specified for the auction.
Winning Bid: The highest bid at the close of the auction will be considered the winning bid.
Invoice: After winning an auction, the Bidder will receive an invoice via email detailing the amount due, including the winning bid amount, shipping fees (if applicable), taxes, and any other applicable charges.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 5 days of the invoice date.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made using credit card only.
Failure to Pay: Failure to pay within the specified period will result in cancellation of the sale, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.
Shipping: The Bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.
Delivery: Items will be shipped within 10 business days after payment has been received and processed.
International Shipping: Bidders are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipping.
Items are sold “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the condition of the item. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to review all item descriptions, photos, and details before placing a bid.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, extend, or cancel the online auction at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Bidders agree to act in good faith and refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior, including but not limited to:
Violations of these rules may result in suspension or termination of the Bidder’s account.
The Organizer is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or other consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from or related to your use of or participation in the online auction, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
