There is something striking about overgrown greenery in Singapore. Covid-19 indubitably forged hefty walls around people. These walls isolated people inside but left the world outside to bloom unsupervised. Here the air is silent, clouds of Bougainvillea fill the sky, and blades of grass stand tall and sway with independence.
