ARCHIVAL PRINTS PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Archival Prints Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of archival prints from euoychun.com website (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing archival prints through our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase and use of the archival prints.

3. Product Information

  • Archival Quality: Our prints are made using high-quality archival materials to ensure long-lasting durability and color fidelity.
  • Dimensions and Specifications: Each listing includes the dimensions and type of paper used for the archival prints. Please review these details before placing an order.
  • Limited Editions (if applicable): Some prints may be part of a limited edition series. Details about the edition size and numbering will be included in the product listing.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in Singapore dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.
  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes, including GST or sales tax, will be added to the total purchase price based on your location.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit card. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; the order is only accepted once payment is processed and the print is prepared for shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping for Singapore address. For shipping outside Singapore, we will provide you with a separate quote for the delivery fees.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for international shipping fees, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders. 
  • Delivery Time: We aim to ship your order within 10 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or factors beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@euoychun.com.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  • Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on archival prints unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will either replace the print or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Artwork Ownership: The purchase of an archival print does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights of the artwork to you. The artist or creator retains full copyright and intellectual property rights.
  • Personal Use Only: The archival print is intended for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use the print for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the artist or copyright holder.
  • Display Rights: You are allowed to display the print for personal, non-commercial purposes in private or public spaces. You may not sublicense, transfer, or assign these display rights to any other party.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for:

  • Color Variation: Due to differences in monitor and screen calibration, the colors of the actual print may vary slightly from what appears on your device.
  • Loss or Damage During Shipping: Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. However, we will assist in resolving any claims with the shipping carrier.
  • Use or Misuse: We are not liable for any damage to the print after it has been delivered or for any improper framing, display, or handling that may affect the longevity of the print.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
