USER ACCOUNT

Before you can start bidding on auction artworks, you must create a new user account on our website. Please visit this link to register a new account: https://euoychun.com/my-account/

If you’re viewing an auction artwork page and wish to bid without an account, our website will prompt you to log in or create a new account.

Steps to creating a new user account:

Enter your email address at this link – https://euoychun.com/my-account/
Go to your email inbox and check for a password reset email from sender “hello@euoychun.com”. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
After successfully setting your new password, you will be redirected to the login page. Please log in using your email address and new password.
In your user dashboard, click the “PAYMENT METHODS” tab on the left menu, enter your credit card details, and click “ADD PAYMENT METHOD”. Please note that users without a valid credit card saved in their account will not be able to place any bids.

Please note that you must save a valid credit card in your user dashboard before placing any bids. This requirement ensures that all bids are authentic and helps filter out any frivolous ones.

Our website uses Stripe, one of the leading payment processors. All your credit card information will be processed by the Stripe gateway. If you wish to learn how Stripe handles security, please visit their website at: https://docs.stripe.com/security

Our website does not store any of your credit card information.

BIDDING FOR AN AUCTIOn ARTWORK

In the auction artwork page, you enter your desired bid amount in the number field or press the “+” or “-” buttons until you hit your desired bid amount. Click the “BID” button and a pop-up window will prompt you to confirm. Click “Ok” in the pop-up window to confirm your bid amount.

If the auction has not yet started, any user can click the “BUY NOW” button to immediately purchase the auction artwork at the listed “BUY NOW” price.

Once the auction has begun, users can still use the “BUY NOW” option to purchase the auction artwork at the “BUY NOW” price but only if there are no active bids on that auction artwork.

If there are existing bids on the auction artwork, the “BUY NOW” button will no longer be available. In this case, interested buyers must participate in the auction to win the bid for the auction artwork.

If BUY NOW is available, you can do a guest checkout and pay via credit card without creating a user account.

All prices on auction pages and this website are listed in Singapore dollars.

The bidder with the highest bid amount for a particular auction artwork by 24th October 2024 (23:59) will be the winning bidder.

The winning bidder will be notified via email at the end of the auction period. Please check your email after 24th October 2024 (23:59).

Alternatively, each auction artwork page has a section titled “Auction Activity” where you can check the highest bid amount.

If the winning bidder does not pay within 5 days, the auction artwork will be offered to the second-highest bidder. If the second-highest bidder does not pay within 5 days of notification, the artwork will be offered to the third-highest bidder. If the third-highest bidder does not pay, the artwork will be removed from the auction and returned to the artist.

Shipping & Delivery

If your delivery address is in Singapore, we will deliver the artwork/item to you free of charge.

If your delivery address is outside Singapore, we will calculate the shipping costs and send you a separate payment link before the items are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All our auction artworks are sold in “as-is” condition. During shipment, we will take all practical and reasonable steps to ensure that the artwork arrives at your designated address as safely as possible.
